Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Subject to the petitioner remitting a demand draft for Rs.5,000/- to respondent no.1 within a period of four weeks for meeting travel and allied expenses in respect of these proceedings, issue notice for admission hearing, returnable on 16.05.2013. Subject to the petitioner depositing 50% of the awarded amount with the District Forum within a period of four weeks, the execution of the impugned order shall remain stayed till further orders.
