            This order relates to hearing on MA 684 of 2015 filed by OP Nos.1, 2 and 3 praying for direction upon the Complainant to supply the copy of treatment sheet issued by other Hospitals. 

           It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the Misc. Applicants that before admission to OP No.1 the patient was treated at various Hospitals, but the medical papers issued by those Hospitals have not been supplied by Complainant to the OPs/Misc. Applicants.  The Misc. Applicants, therefore, have prayed for issuance of necessary directions upon the Complainant for supply of copy of treatment sheet of other Hospitals. 

           It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the Complainant that excepting the papers annexed in the written objection of the OPs to the MA 684 of 2015, there is no other paper relating to the treatment sheet issued by other Hospitals.

            We have heard the submission made by both sides and perused the papers on record.  On perusal of the written objection and the annexures thereto it appears that the Complainant has already supplied the copies of medical papers to the OPs.  Since it is the specific contention of the Complainant that excepting those papers no other papers relating to the treatment sheet of other Hospitals are in possession of the Complainant, we find no reason to issue direction upon the Complainant for the supply of the medical papers as sought for by the Misc. Applicants.

            The Miscellaneous Application is dismissed.  Fix 10/12/15 for filing W.V. by the OPs subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- by each OP to the Complainant.
