ORDER

     Vide his separate statement, Sh.Suraj Dashrath Kumar, Counsel for Complainant, has stated that in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties on 07.06.2024, Sh.Vijay Dhama, Natural Guardian/Father of Mr.Aryaman Dhama, Complainant being minor, has received an amount of Rs.22,000/- in his bank account on 21.06.2024 through NEFT, hence, under the instructions of complainant, he withdraw the present consumer complaint being fully satisfied. The learned counsel for OP No.2 has also sent e-mail, alongwith payment advice/receipt, to this Commission showing the details of payment made to the complainant.

     In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
