                   Sh. Rishi Sood, Authorized Representative for Alliance Medicaid/JDs has suffered a statement that as per the order of Hon'ble State Commission, Punjab Chandigarh, he has brought the new machine Resemed Lumis 100 V-Pap S Sr. no.22161168977 device no.DN 049 Catalog Number Ref. 28304, Storage and Transporat Ranges Max. 35 degree Sentigrade, Batch Code Lot no.1170612 for supplying the same to applicant/Decree and he has also received the old machine bearing no. Resmed V-Pap no.20050496507/142988 Part No. 24101 C US, LR-76140 TGA, Australia L-43135 from the applicant/decree today in the Forum. He has also brought the amount of Rs.10,000/- for payment to the applicant/decree holder. The new machine will be activate through online on the calling of the helpline number of the company, which is mentioned on the machine and the warranty is directly given by the company at the address Distributed by ResMed Corp. (US) San Diego CA 92123 USA (EC/ REP ResMed (UK) Ltd. 96 Jubilee Ave Milton Park Abingdon Oxfordshire OX 14 4RW UK. Today, he is ready to issue the bill/invoice of the machine, but however, the applicant/decree holder refused to do the same. 

                   On the other hand, Sh. Balram Gupta son of Sh. Ramesh Kumar/Decree holder has suffered a statement that as per the order of Hon'ble State Commission, Punjab Chandigarh, he has received the new machine Resemed V-Pap Lumis 100 V-Pap S Sr. no.22161168977 device no.DN 049 Catalog Number Ref. 28304, Storage and Temsporat Ranges Max. 35 degree Sentigrade, Batch Code Lot no.1170612 and he has returned the old machine bearing no. Resmed V-Pap no.20050496507/142988 Part No. 24101 C US, LR-76140 TGA, Australia L-43135 to Sh. Rishi Sood, Authorized Rep. of Alliance Medicaid. He has also received the amount of Rs.10,000/- in cash today in the Forum. Since the respondents/JDs has complied with the order of Hon'ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh. As such, he does not want to pursue the present execution application and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statements suffered above by the parties, the present execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
