Called out. Counsel for the applicant Sri Vashu Deo Mishra is present.

Heard. An application has been moved alongwith affidavit seeking correction in the order passed by this court in appeal no.1232 of 2014.

It is prayed that in the array of the counsel name instead of Vashu Deo Mishra, Sri Samar Singh, Jr. Advocate of Mr. Navin Kumar Tiwari for appellant has been wrongly mentioned.

We have perused the original file in which the appellant’s counsel is Sri Vashu Deo Mishra.  So the misc. application is liable to be allowed.

Accordingly, the misc. application is allowed. In the array of name of counsel for the parties Sri Vashu Deo Mishra be written in place of Sri Samar Singh, Jr. Advocate of Mr. Navin Kumar Tiwari for appellant.

The stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
