Counsel for OP 1 states that Vehicle in question had been transferred in the name of Third Party i.e. Muhammad Junaid Bazaz’. Complainant has no locus as a consumer.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in light of the detailed observation.
