                                                            ORDER

 

                        The authorized representative of complainant has made statement that the matter has been settled between the parties and the complainant has received processing fees of Rs.10,000/- and compensation of Rs.10,000/-, total Rs.20,000/-, from the OP, towards his full and final settlement and complainant does not want to pursue his complaint further and hence under the instructions of complainant, he withdraws the present complaint as fully satisfied. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
