Today, the DH has given a statement to the effect that he has received a Demand Draft bearing 915791 dated 09.09.2024 for a sum of Rs.50,000/- drawn on State Bank of India in his favour/Deepak Ahuja, as full and final payment and now nothing remains due against the JDs. As such, the present execution application may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

In view of statement suffered by the DH in person, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
