Sh.Ravinderpal Singh, Manager of Rimpi Electroworld.
Today Statement of Sh.Ravinderpal Singh, Manager of Rimpi Electroworld/JD recorded that the JD is ready to exchange the Refrigerator with new one of Rs.17,000/- . The JD also paid Rs.3000/- in cash to the DH as per order dated 20.04.2021 of this District Commission, Jalandhar.
Similarly, Statement of the DH in Person recorded he has heard the statement of Manager of the JD and he accept the same. He is ready to exchange the Refrigerator of new one of Rs.17,000/- within ten days from today. He has received Rs.3000/- in cash from Sh.Ravinderpal Singh, Manager of JD i.e. Rimpi Electroworld as per order dated 20.04.2021 of this District Commission, Jalandhar. He does not want to proceed further with the present execution application and same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied after exchange of refrigerator with new one Refrigerator.
So accordingly, in view of the statements suffered by Sh.Ravinderpal Singh, Manager of Rimpi Electroworld as well as DH in Person, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied after exchange of refrigerator with new one Refrigerator. File be consigned to the record room.
