Parties & their advocates are present.  Compromise is verified parties have admitted same.  Matter is settled between parties.  complainant has received the sum of Rs.1,35,000/-(One lack thirty five thousand ) out of court.  he do not want to proscute case hence in view of pursis case stand disposed off.  Respondant has filed appeal No.48/15.  hence amount deposited by respondant for appeal will refunded to him if appeal is withdrawn order is placed on record.
