Appellants/Respondents and their respective counsel are absent. They are absent since long. Therefore, on last date, i.e. on 7/4/2011, it was directed to issue notice to both the parties and accordingly notice was issued. But no report is received. The office copy of the notice reflects that the notice was sent on the correct address of the parties givern in the appeal memo. Therefore, it will have to be presumed that the parties are served with notice but they are absent. Hence the appeal is dismissed in default. No order as to cost.
