Pursuant to the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties on 18th March, 2013 the petitioner has delivered a demand draft for a sum of Rs.30,000/- dated 19th March, 2013 drawn on State Bank of Hyderabad -2- in favour of Richhpal Ram Saini (respondent) which is accepted by learned counsel for the respondent on his behalf. Learned counsel for the respondent states that after receipt of this demand draft the claim of respondent/complainant is finally settled and nothing remains due. In view of the above, petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision petition. Revision petition is dismissed as settled/withdrawn.
