ORDER

When facing difficulty to show that this Commission has pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this complaint, request was made by the Counsel  for the complainant to transfer it to the Forum.

            In view of the request made, this complaint is removed from the board of the Bench of the Commission and is transferred to District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, U.T., Chandigarh.

            The complainant/its Counsel is directed to appear before the said Forum on 25.05.2016.

            Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.

            Original file of complaint case, after retaining its certified to be a true copy,  alongwith a certified copy of this order be sent to the Forum concerned, immediately, so as to reach there before the date fixed.
