This complaint has been filed by the complainant U/S 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties in the installment scheme with regard to purchase of jewels along with the direction to the opposite parties to price the jewellary prevailing at the time of end of the terms and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards damages for mental agony and to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards cost of this proceedings.
There was no representation for complainant. It is brought to the notice of this Commission that a memo has alredy been filed by the complainant herself on 04.01.2021 rquesting to close the complaint as it is settled out of Commission. Memo recorded and complaint dismissed as settled. No Cost.
This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 09th May 2022.
