                   2^nd complainant present.  Opposite parties represented.  This complaint is posted for complainant’s evidence.  Today also complainant is not prepared for their evidence.  Already complainant had given 6 opportunities for their evidence.  On all occasions they evaded from giving evidence for one or other reason.  Concerned counsel is also not present.  No application for adjournment filed.  Instead the 2^nd complainant submitted a medical certificate of the 1^st complainant which lacks bonafides and it is rejected also on the basis of the attitude taken by the 2^nd complainant so far in this complaint.  Therefore we are constrained to dismiss this complaint.

        In the result, this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
