                    Shri Bhalchandra Daley, complainant is present in person.

                    Having regard to the objection raised by the Registry in regard to pecuniary jurisdiction which according to Section 47(1) (a) (i) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 would be of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for short ‘District Commission’) and not of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, complainant seeks leave to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file the same before the appropriate District Commission.

                     With the aforesaid liberty the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn. Court fees deposited by the complainant be refunded to him.

                     Complaint along with Demand Draft with regard to fees be sent to the complainant by registered post.
