                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

12.09.2022:               The case is fixed for hearing.  Perused the case records and found that the complainant-Panchanan Behera is the owner of 2(two) nos. of vehicle bearing NO.OD23E-1179 and vehicle bearing NO.OD23D-7989. The complainant files these 2(two) nos. of vehicle case vide C.C.No.01/2020 and C.C.No.02/2020 individually before this commission. All two numbers of vehicles are used for commercial purposes for which the complainant is not a consumer of the Opposite parties.

                                    In view of facts and circumstances the complaint of the complainant is not maintainable. Hence the present complaint is dismissed.

Order pronounced in the open court today the 12^th day of Sept’2022 under my hand seal of this Commission.
