Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President : - This is the case of complainant alleging deficiency in service  against the O.Ps.

The case of the complainant is that the complainant is the owner of the Mahindra Bolero pick-up-FBPS bearing regd. No. OD16E 9640 having its chassis No. MAIZN2TBKJIK84995 and the Engine No. TBJIK89531.  The complainant purchased the vehicle financed by the O.P Mahindra and Mahindra Services Ltd., Sambalpur.  The complainant paid the installment till the month of October 2021 and accordingly to statement of the O.P., the complainant had to pay a sum of Rs.70,984 in five installments. On dated 07.11.2021 the goons of the O.P seized the vehicle without servicing any advance notice to the complainant.  Hence the complainant filed the case before this Commission and prayed for release of the vehicle.

2. The case of the O.P is that the O.P filed his written version and document of release of the vehicle and prayed to close the case as the O.P has released the vehicle of the complainant.

 3. Perused the documents and it reveals that the O.P. on dated 15.01.2022 released the vehicle of the complainant Mahindra Bolero Pick Up bearing Regd. No. OD 16E 9640.  The O.P has complied the prayer of the complainant. Accordingly the case is disposed of.

Order pronounced in the open court today the 26^th day of October’ 2022 under my hand and seal of this Commission.
