Sri. Subash has filed this complaint before the Forum alleging deficiency in service on the side of the opposite party by way of misplacing the alleged articles in the transit stage.
The opposite party has filed version and contested the case. In the meantime, the complainant and the opposite party reached a settlement after a payment of Rs.2250/- (Rupees two thousand two hundred and twenty five only) to the complainant and submitted the matter before the Forum. Both are further submitted that since the matter is settled out of Court, the file maybe closed. As such, the file is closed.
