            The complainant in this case had last appeared on 22.10.2019 when the orders were reserved.  Thereafter corona pandemic struck. On 14.3.2022, notice was directed to be issued to the complainant for today. Today counsel for the OP  has filed  an application to bring on record  that the complainant has  sold his vehicle No. HR51AU 4104 to one Sunder Lal on 18.2.2020. Counsel for the OPs has sought dismissal of the  complaint  by relying upon the judgment   of the Hon’ble National Commission in the cases of Ramesh Vs. Scoda Auto India Pvt. Ltd, & Ors, 2019 SCC On line NCDRC, M/s Honda Cars India  Limited Vs. Jatinder Singh Madan, 2013, SCC Online NCDRC 934, Tata Motors Ltd Vs. Hazoor Maharaj  Baba Des Rajji Chela Baba Dewa Singhji, 2013 SCC Online NCDRC 883 and Maruti Suzuki India Limited Vs. Romi Sikand, FA No.19/2016, decided on  15.09.2016 by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Delhi,  wherein  it was held that since the complainant has sold the vehicle, the complaint is rendered infructuous. 

Having gone through the averments made in the application, the complaint is dismissed as infructuous. File be consigned to record room.
