                The complainant  in this case last appeared on 14.1.2020 .  The complainant  is still to file rejoinder/evidence  to the reply  filed by OPs 2 to 4 .OP.1 was proceeded against ex parte.    The Complainant remained unrepresented on 05.10.2020, 18.12.2020, 26.02.2021, 30.11.2021 and 31.3.2022.  Today also no one is present on behalf of the complainant.  It appears that  the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly the matter is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
