Persual of the record shows that OP-1 has already moved an application wherein he states that complainant has already sold vehicle in question and therefore he is a consumer. In view of Hon’ble National Commission judgement titled as Ramesh Vs Skoda India Pvt. Ltd and Ors 2019 SCC online NCDRC 465 no locus has left. Hence case is dismissed in limine.
