This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter thecommission passed an order as follows:
This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. The opposite parties entered appearance and filed version denying the allegation raised by the complainant. Since 29/11/2021 this case is adjourned for the affidavit of the complainant. On verification of proceeding sheet, it is noticed that the complainant is absent since 18/06/2019. As the complainant was continuously absent and not filed affidavit, this Commission issued notice to the complainant to appear before this Commission today to further proceed with this complaint. When the case came up for consideration today the complainant was absent even after accepting the notice issued from this Commission. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interest to further proceed with this complaint.
In the result complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
