ORDER

Chandgi Ram  Versus Reliance General Insurance Company.

 

Present      Sh.J.L.Jutian Advocate for the complainant.

                 Sh.V.K.Garg Advocate for the OP.

       

                The file taken up today on the application moved on behalf of the parties.

 

2.                 The learned counsel for OP has made a statement  that as per compromise they will pay an amount of Rs.18,300/- within 45 days started from today, if this amount is not paid within 45 days, then the same will be paid alongwith interest @ 9%  per annum from today. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.             Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that  having regard to the statement made by the learned  Counsel for the OP,  he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same as having been fully satisfied His statement has also been recorded separately.                   

3.             In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. However, OP shall be bound by the statement made by their counsel. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
