Perusal of the record shows that Complainant had lastly appeared on 19/12/2019. Complainant has not filed Evidence by way of Affidavit and also the Written Arguments. The claim of the Complainant was rejected only against cashless treatment. In the interest of justice, on last date of hearing, notice was issued to Complaiant but returned unserved with endorsement ‘incomplete address’. Since Complainant did not pursue this matter from the last 05 years.   It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-appearance and non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
