                                      Today the case is fixed for arguments. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.30 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.30 p.m. but despite that neither complainant nor his counsel has appeared. Further wait is not justified. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint and as such none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
