COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

                   Shri Jatin Sehrawat, Advocate, Counsel for OP.                      

 

                   Today the case is fixed for filing written statement by the OP. Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement states that the matter has been compromised between the parties and now, nothing remains due towards the OP, so the complainant withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, it is clear that matter has been compromised. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
