          At the outset, learned counsel for the complainant states that as the amount involved in the present complaint is less than Rs.1 crore, the complainant may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to the complainant to file a fresh complaint before the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission on the same cause of action.

2.      In view of the above, the complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, before the learned District Consumer Commission.
