                   File taken up today on the application moved by JDs for vacation of attachment order dated 18.12.2019 passed by the Hon’ble Forum vide which Bank Account bearing no.00030350015860 of Religare Health Insurance Co. Ltd. with HDFC Bank Ltd., Kailash Building 26, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi has been attached.  The JDS/OPs also produced the calculation and the same was accepted by the DH/complainant. JDs also handed over the cheque bearing no.000260 dated 05.03.2020 amounting to Rs.11,000/- to the  learned counsel of DH/complainant.

                   Learned counsel of DH/complainant has made a statement that he has received a cheque bearing no.000260 dated 05.03.2020 amounting to Rs.11,000/- from JDs. Hence, he does not want to pursue with the present execution application and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

                    In view of statement of learned counsel of DH/complainant present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of such circumstances, the account of JDs/OPs bearing no.00030350015860 of HDFC Bank, Kailash Building-26 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi 110001 as attached vide order dated 25.11.2019 is ordered to be released from attachment. The copy of the order be sent to the concerned Bank for compliance. Copy of this order be given to the parties dasti free of costs.
