3. Parteek Singla, (sales Manager) Religare Health Insurance Company Limited Panipat Royal-1, 1175-B, Second Floor Near Kotak Mahindra Bank, adjoining Gurudwara Pelhi Patshani, G.T. Road, Panipat.

                   Learned counsel of complainant has made a statement that he withdraw the present complaint on account of technical defect, seeking permission to file afresh in competent court/forum.

                In view of statement of learned counsel of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
