ORDER

                   The ld.Counsel for the complainant appended a note on the first page of the complaint itself with regard to withdrawal of the complaint on technical ground with liberty to file fresh. 

                   In this view of the matter, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect, as per law.

                    Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost.  After compliance file be consigned.
