                   File taken up today before Lok Adalat on the application moved by learned counsel for complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that the matter has been settled with the Ops in the Lok Adalat, therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. In view of above said statement of learned counsel for the complainant, present complainant stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
