2. Indusind Bank Ltd. Branch at Nagla Chowk, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

3. Amritdhara My Hospital, ITI Chowk, Karnal through its Managing Director.

              ………Opposite parties.

 

                   Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                 Learned counsel of complainant made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, so she does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                   In view of statement of learned counsel of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
