                   Complaint presented today. It is checked and registered.

                    Heard on the maintainability of the present complaint. Sh. Prince son of Shri Niwas, Proprietor of complainant hospital has filed Certificate of Provisional Registration with his Aadhar Card and made a statement that due to some technical defect and proper jurisdiction, he wants to withdraw the present complaint with permission of fresh filing and it may be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law.
