Present:     Shri R.K.Chauhan, counsel for DH.

                   Shri Ashwani Popli, counsel for JD.

                  

                   Power of attorney on behalf of JD filed. Learned counsel for complainant appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that the JD has complied the order passed by this Commission and handed over the cheque bearing No.100689 dated 05.07.2021, amounting to ₹2,06,367/- to the DH out of the court. He has placed on record copy of cheque. He further stated that now nothing is due towards the JD and he withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied. He further stated that no appeal in the present execution application is pending in any court of law.

          In view of statement of learned counsel for DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
