ORDER

Present:       Shri Satish Sagwan, Adv. for the petitioner.

                    Ms. Rakhi Verma, Adv. for the respondent.

                  

                   In terms of order dated 25.02.2021 passed by this Commission, surety bonds furnished, accepted and attested. An amount of Rs.74,658/- is hereby ordered to be released immediately in favour of the petitioner through Account Payee Cheque. From the perusal of order dated 09.12.2020 passed by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana, Panchkula, it is clear First Appeal is pending. No purpose will be served to proceed ahead with the present execution petition during the pendency of the appeal. After the decision of the appeal, winner also shall be at liberty to file afresh execution petition before this Commission. Record of the present execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records treating it partly satisfied.
