           Sh.Vishal Sharma, complainant got recorded his statement that  he has received a  cheque of Rs.108720/-  bearing No.086714 dated 26.7.2019 in full and final settlement of my claim. Nothing due towards the opposite party as his claim has been satisfied. Therefore, he withdrew my complaint being fully satisfied. In view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
