            Smt.Gurdish Kaur, complainant got recorded her statement that she has settled the claim with  the opposite party for a sum of Rs.48591/- towards full and final satisfaction and that today, she has received a cheque of Rs.48591/- bearing No.088800 dated 2.12.2019 drawn on HDFC Bank in her favour and that present complaint be disposed of being fully satisfied. Since the complainant has received a sum of Rs.48591/- towards full and final satisfaction of her claim vide cheque bearing No. 088800 dated 2.12.2019 drawn on HDFC Bank in her favour, as such, present complaint is ordered to be disposed of being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
