Anil Rana Versus Religare Health Insurace Co.Ltd. & ors

 

Present :- Sh.Vimal Sachdeva, Advocate Counsel for Complainant.

Sh.Raman Kumar Sharma, Advocate Counsel for OP.

 

File taken up today on an application filed by Ld. Counsel for both the parties as well as Complainant and Opposite Parties for payment as per compromise. Sh.Raman Kumar Sharma, Advocate appeared and filed Power of Attorney on behalf of Oppsoite Party along with deposited a Cheque bearing No.094916 dated 14.10.2020 for Rs.1,74,537/- in favour of Complainant.

Statement of Sh.Anil Rana, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.Vimal Sachdeva, Advocate recorded that the parties have compromised for a sum of Rs.1,74,537/- as full and final settlement of the present complaint. In view of the compromise, he hereby receive a Cheque bearing No.094916 dated 14.10.2020 for Rs.1,74,537/- drawn on HDFC Bank, New Delhi in his favour from Opposite Parties/Religare Health Insurance Company through its Counsel Sh.Raman Kumar Sharma, as full and final settlement of the present complaint and my claim. Now nothing remains due from the Opposite Parties, so the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised as full and final settlement.

So, accordingly in view of the statement given by the Complainant alongwith his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
