ORDER

     File taken up today on the miscellaneous application No.74 of 2016 filed by complainant for preponment of the case in view of settlement offered by OPs.

     A copy of e-mail dated 01.08.2016 has been filed by counsel for OPs. The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Chandan Deep Singh, Counsel for OPs has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Rohit Goswami, Counsel for Complainant alongwith Complainant in person has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order. If OPs fails to pay Rs.2,25,206/- to the complainant within one month from today, then OPs shall pay that amount of Rs.2,25,206/- alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from today i.e. 11.08.2016 till the payment is made. The miscellaneous application No.74 of 2016 stands disposed of accordingly.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
