ORDER

     Office report seen. The case is at the stage of admission. At this stage, counsel for complainant withdraws this complaint with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. He put an endorsement to this effect on the first page of the consumer complaint itself. In view of the endorsement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, as permissible under the law. As orally prayed for, original annexures after retaining their photocopies and additional sets of complaint be returned to the counsel for complainant.
