Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

On perusal of the complaint petition and annexure thereto, we find that some documents annexed with the complaint petition are illegible. In spite of several opportunities, the complainant has failed to file the original documents/legible documents to tally the same and hence, the complaint petition suffers from some documents which are the fulcrum for admitting the same. Moreover, the consumer complaint has filed by the complainant on 14.08.2024 and as such 21 days is over today.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to admit the instant consumer complaint in its present form and as such the same is rejected accordingly.

However, liberty is given to the complainant to file the consumer compliant on the same cause of action in appropriate Commission or court of law, if so advised, and if not, otherwise barred by law.
