Parties have compromised. Statements of Learned Counsel for the Complainant and Learned Counsel for the OP No.1 & 2 regarding compromise have already been recorded. In view of statements made by them, the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 are directed to return the premium amount of Rs.72,000/- alongwith Rs.5000/- as compensation to the complainant within one month from today, failing which they shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum on the above said amount after the expiry of said period of one month till the date of payment. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties, free of cost under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
