                                      Today the case is fixed for filing application for bringing LRs of complainant on behalf of complainant subject to last opportunity. Case called several times since morning, but neither counsel nor anyone on behalf of complainants/ LRs of complainant appeared. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of LRs of complainant as well as remaining complainants. Further wait is not justified. The counsel of complainant has already availed various opportunities i.e. ten opportunities for filing application for impleading LRs of complainant but has failed to file any application in this regard and today none has appeared on their behalf. Even it has not been clarified that which of the complainant out of three complainants has expired. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
