                        The learned counsel for complainant has made statement that due to technical defects in the complaint, he may kindly be allowed to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file afresh. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainants to file afresh, as permitted by law.
