                   Present:      Decree-holder with Sh. Anand Garg, Adv.

                   JD Shri Suresh Kumar with Shri Rajiv Gaur, Advocate.

                                                                            

          JD has handed over the new mobile set in question with remaining gurantee of the hand set. Decree-holder is satisfied with the same.  Statements of decree-holder and JD recorded in this context.  In view of the same, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
