          I have settled the complaint with M/s. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Limited (OP- 4 & 5) and have agreed to receive an amount of      Rs. 27,450/- as full and final settlement.  I will return the original documents (invoice and job sheet) at the time of receiving the cheque.

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           The complainant have settled the complaint with M/s. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Limited (OP- 4 & 5) and have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 27,450/- as full and final settlement.  He will return the original documents (invoice and job sheet) at the time of receiving the cheque. Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
