            The complainant filed a not press memo that the grievance of the complainant has already settled amicably out of the court and the complainant received Rs.36,356.00p. from O.P. on dated 14.08.2023. The complainant received the amount fully and finally and prayed to withdraw the case.  

So in view of the above circumstances the complainant does not want to proceed further with the case and not pressed the same. We heard the memo and memo is allowed.

In the result we closed the case as withdrawn.
