     Consumer complaint No.351 of 2019 perused. Similar consumer complaint is pending disposal and fixed for 18.06.2019. Now this is a second complaint on the same facts. Therefore, it is dismissed being not maintainable. Record of this consumer complaint No.356 of 2019 be consigned to the record and proceedings shall be taken on consumer complaint No.351 of 2019 already fixed for 18.06.2019.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost.
