                Final Order

          O.P. No.1 is present. None is present on behalf of the complainant. Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why appropriate order shall not be passed due to non-compliance of the Forum’s order. Today the complainant remain absent without taking any step. The record reveals that after admission of this complaint notices were served but the track report in connection of the O.P. No.2 revealed that O.P. No.2 did not receive any notice. The O.P. No.1 appeared by filing vokalatnama and W.V. Scope was given to the complainant for taking necessary steps for issuance of notice upon the O.P. No.2. On 19.02.2018 the complainant prayed time for taking necessary steps. In the interest of justice date was given on 12.06.2018 none was present on behalf of the complainant. For this reason, today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant. Today also the complainant is absent on calls. Such action of the complainant is clearly revealed that the complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this complaint and hence we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint for default.

Hence,

                       it is ordered,

                                          that the C.C. No. 259/2017 is hereby dismissed for default. There is no order as to cost.

          Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
